15 minutes before training drink such cocktail:

  1. Water - 100 grams.
  2. Natural coffee - 3 teaspoons.
  3. Cream - 50 gram.
  4. Beet fructose - at taste.
  5. Starch or equivalent (optional) - tsp.

The drink is prepared as an ordinary coffee.

Coffee provides the necessary energy, cream (fat and protein) is necessary for the formation of hormones, which are actively absorbed by muscles during workout. The drink is quickly absorbed and does not disturb in the stomach.
